How EFT Works
In EFT, certain meridian points are stimulated by tapping on points along them with the fingertips. Tapping puts kinetic energy into specific meridians on the head and chest while connecting to your specific problem. This addresses issues that contribute to emotional distress—which can often underlie physical ailments.
