Gentle Yoga and Drum Meditation with Denise

Journey inward through gentle movements and sound with Denise Hagerman! In this class you'll become aware of the subtle sensations that arise with each breath and each pose.
Starting with a series of gentle yoga stretches and breathing exercises, you'll feel the positive effects spread throughout your energy field in a refreshing way!
Following the release of stored tension in your body you’ll be relaxed and ready to lie back and enjoy a deep, long meditation to the rhythm of the drum.
All levels of yoga students, including brand new beginners, will benefit from this class.
Everything you need for this incredible experience is provided: mats, props and blankets. Just bring a water bottle if you'd like to have one with you during class.
